They are featured here with a fish hook ear wire but are available with a post or a clip-on option as well. They are also available with a hypo-allergenic fish hook or a 14K gold-plated fish hook for those with sensitive ears. This Megan design is made up of two hexagons stacked on top of each other and connected by a small ring.
